1 General Terms & Acceptance

golbsbet is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adults across Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions between registered users and the golbsbet platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, bonus claims, and use of customer support services.

By completing the registration process on golbsbet, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. You further confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

golbsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and publish the updated document on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between golbsbet and its users.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of golbsbet to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision at a later date.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the golbsbet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. golbsbet operates on a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by golbsbet or have had a previous account permanently closed for violations of these terms.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual.

golbsbet takes age verification seriously. While initial registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and OTP confirmation, full identity verification — including submission of a Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport — is required before processing any withdrawal. Players who cannot verify their age and identity to our satisfaction will have their accounts suspended and any balance held pending verification.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold all pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter before taking further action. Any funds deposited by an underage player may be returned to the original payment method at our discretion, less any applicable processing fees.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on golbsbet. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and associated bonuses forfeited.

When registering, you must provide a valid and active Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for OTP verification during login, withdrawal requests, and any account-security alerts issued by golbsbet. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details remain current at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. golbsbet will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and golbsbet bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately at support@golbsbet so that we can investigate and, if necessary, freeze the account.

golbsbet reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm a player's identity, address, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on golbsbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. golbsbet does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which golbsbet accepts no responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your golbsbet wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during support hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. golbsbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. golbsbet does not accept payments from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the registered account holder's identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. golbsbet will not be held liable for any funds deposited in error to the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

golbsbet offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active, and expiry period. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on golbsbet:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is still active and the wagering requirement has not been completed, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• golbsbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordination with other players — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account permanently closed.

golbsbet does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific bonus or promotion. The existence of a past promotion does not constitute a commitment to offer the same or similar promotion in the future.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on golbsbet are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the accuracy of their selections — including stake amount, market type, odds, and game settings — before confirming any wager. golbsbet will not reverse a confirmed bet due to a player's error in selection.

For sports betting markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other supported markets), golbsbet reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred (e.g., odds materially inconsistent with the true market due to a technical fault).
• Suspend a market at any time due to match uncertainty, breaking news, or data-feed disruption.
• Apply maximum bet limits on any market, player account, or event at our sole discretion.
• Restrict or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest use of automated software, match-fixing information, or insider knowledge.

For casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and fishing games — the rules of each individual game govern the outcome. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on golbsbet's server, the server record shall prevail. Game malfunctions void all affected rounds and stakes are returned.

Players must not use any form of software, algorithm, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform. The use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

golbsbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Evidence of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Collusion with other players, match officials, or sports participants to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct directed at golbsbet staff or other users.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Upon account closure for cause, golbsbet reserves the right to confiscate the entire balance — including real-money funds and bonus funds — pending investigation. Where it is determined that no wrongdoing has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting support at support@golbsbet. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be completed to the last verified payment method on the account.

8 Liability & Disclaimer

golbsbet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, golbsbet shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any technical errors, server downtime, or game malfunctions that result in bets being voided or stakes being returned.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider.
• Decisions made by sports match officials, governing bodies, or event organizers that affect the outcome of any betting market.

Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are inherently uncertain. golbsbet does not guarantee that any player will win money by using the platform. All players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. golbsbet is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform.

golbsbet uses SSL/TLS encryption and is fair play certified. However, we make no warranty that the platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components that may be introduced by third parties. Players are advised to maintain up-to-date security software on their devices.
